Among the earliest recordings are standouts by Teddy Wilson (1935) and Nat King Cole (1940). Today’s featured rendition is by Tony Bennett, which appears on his 1965 album, “If I Ruled the World: Songs for the Jet Set.” One hundred years ago on this date, the legendary Bennett was born in Long Island City, Queens, New York.
