Today, as part of my ongoing expansion of the YouTube ‘discography’ of my brother, guitarist Carl Barry, and my sister-in-law, vocalist Joanne Barry, I’ve uploaded five tracks recorded in 1990 as part of a previously unreleased fusion project.
All the music here is written by Carl and Joanne. The band consists of superb musicians, including Michael Morreale on trumpet and keyboards, Tony Aiello on saxophone, Tim Lekan on bass, and John Clay on drums. Recorded at Systems Two in Brooklyn, New York, with engineer Joe Marciano, these selections were arranged and produced by Carl (who assists Joanne with background vocals on track 4).
